Renters: Make arrangements for renter’s insurance before occupancy. Contact utility companies and have them placed in your name effective on your move-in date. Bring cashier’s check or money order for the first month’s rent to our office when you collect the keys.
Landlords: Contact utility companies and order final reading for your renter’s move-in date, but no later than 3 days after your new your renter’s move-in. If you have a homeowner’s insurance policy, contact your insurance agent to ensure it is a Landlord’s (Dwelling) policy.
